Job Scope:

To drive online sales growth for the company's poultry products by managing e-commerce channels, coordinating with online marketplace partners, optimizing product availability and promotions, and ensuring excellent customer experience while achieving sales and profitability targets.

Main responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual e-commerce sales targets.
• Manage relationships with online marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, and online retail partners.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital shelf visibility.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to maintain stock levels.
• Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Monitor order fulfillment, delivery performance, returns, and customer complaints.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the e-commerce sales team.
• Ensure compliance with company commercial policies and pricing guidelines.
• Identify new online business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 2 years in e-commerce.
• Experience in food or poultry products is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and online marketplace operations.
• Sales planning and forecasting.
• Negotiation and relationship management.
• Data analysis and reporting (Excel; Power BI is a plus).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
