Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Egypt. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B, B2G, and B2C segments, focusing on synthetic turf, sports infrastructure, and sports gear solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. The role involves coordinating with technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate quotations, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts, monitor market trends and competitors, and regularly report on sales performance and forecasts to management.
Qualifications

• Proven skills in B2B and B2G sales, account management, and business development within construction, sports infrastructure, or related industries.
• Strong abilities in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Competence in customer relationship management, including effective follow-up, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Good understanding of local market dynamics in Egypt; familiarity with governmental procurement processes is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site, conducting field visits, and collaborating closely with operations and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; strong documentation and reporting skills.
• High level of integrity, self-motivation, and resilience, with an organized and results-oriented work style.
• Experience in synthetic turf, sports facilities, construction materials, or similar sectors is a plus.
