Working hours: 10 hours. Basic salary: ranges from 1000, depending on sales, excluding overtime. Job Duties: The Ready-to-Wear Apparel Branch Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, including achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising the team. 1. Daily Operations Management: Monitor daily store workflow to ensure excellence in customer service. Ensure the store is in good condition and reflects a positive brand image. 2. Team Management: Responsible for hiring and training new store staff to ensure the best customer service is provided. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and motivation to improve performance. Set work schedules and ensure all required shifts are covered. 3. Achieving Sales Targets: Periodically monitor sales and analyze results to ensure set targets are reached. 4. Inventory and Product Management: Ensure the store contains the required quantities of products and notify senior management when there is a need to reorder products. Determine promotional offers that can be implemented to boost sales (such as discounts or special offers). Organize the arrangement within the store and ensure products are displayed attractively and neatly to attract customers. 5. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer service is provided, listen to customer needs, and resolve any issues they may face. Analyze customer needs and market trends to ensure appropriate products are offered. Handle return or exchange requests professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Ensuring Compliance with Policies and Procedures: Ensure all employees follow the store's internal policies and procedures. 7. Good communication and follow-up with other departments and branches of the company. Technical Skills: Point of Sale (POS) management and inventory management software. Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Word) for preparing reports and data analysis. Handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. 4. Personal Skills: Ability to manage a large team and guide them towards achieving goals. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers. Making quick and effective decisions, especially in emergency situations. Handling complaints and resolving them quickly and effectively. Dealing with situations that require quick decision-making or managing peak hours.
