Monitor and record production on factory lines, ensure compliance with production standards and technical specifications, and report any issues that may affect the workflow. Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor daily production operations across all factory lines. Verify the quality of products produced and ensure they meet standard specifications. Track production rates and compare results with daily and weekly plans. Report any malfunctions or operational issues to production supervisors or maintenance engineers. Assist in analyzing the causes of production issues and suggest improvement solutions. Prepare periodic reports on production and quality and submit them to the relevant management. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure the continuity of operations with high efficiency. Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Production. 2-4 years of experience in production or quality control in plastic or industrial sectors. Analytical skills and the ability to detect issues quickly. Knowledge of quality methods and production control procedures. Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
