Role Description The Sales Manager role at Fashionista Skirts&Dresses is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Sales Manager oversees daily store operations, leads and supports the sales team, and ensures sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, implementing sales strategies, coaching team members, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Sales Manager also manages inventory levels, collaborates with visual merchandising, analyzes sales reports, and contributes to promotional activities to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales management or a similar supervisory role in fashion or apparel.
• Strong skills in team leadership, performance coaching, and staff scheduling.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze sales data, and use insights to improve results.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems, basic inventory management, and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in on-site operations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, or retail management is preferred but not mandatory if offset by strong experience.
