Role Description The Student Success (Customer Experience) team member will work full time on-site at DFA’s Heliopolis branch, supporting learners throughout their journey from enrollment to course completion. This role involves
Calling retention and re enrollment leads to enhace their rates.
Monitoring google reviews for online reputation.
welcoming and guiding students, handling inquiries in person, via phone, and online, and ensuring timely and accurate information about courses, schedules, exams, and certifications. The team member will monitor student satisfaction, collect feedback, and coordinate with academic and administrative staff to resolve issues and improve the overall experience. Daily tasks include managing student records, assisting with registration and placement, helping students navigate exam procedures with SET, and proactively supporting learners’ progress and retention. The role requires a learner-centered mindset, consistent follow-up, and a strong commitment to maintaining DFA’s quality standards and accredited reputation.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and student support skills, including active listening, empathy, and solution-focused communication.
• Organizational and administrative abilities such as managing records, handling registrations, and coordinating schedules and appointments.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with basic office software and online communication tools; ability to learn institute-specific systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in education, language institutes, customer experience, or student affairs is beneficial.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Languages, Business, Communication) is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to learner success, attention to detail, and a professional, respectful approach to working with a diverse student body.
