- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations across factory operations.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare investigation reports.
- Conduct HSE induction and awareness sessions for new employees and existing staff.
- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of fire extinguishers and emergency equipment.
- Monitor emergency exits, evacuation routes, and fire prevention systems.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to minimize workplace risks.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and industrial waste.
- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection checklists, incident reports, and safety records.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure safe working conditions.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian occupational health and safety requirements and environmental regulations.
