Role Description The Mechanical Engineering Specialist will work on-site in Qesm 3rd New Cairo in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of Jadeed’s green energy systems and products. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing mechanical analyses, preparing detailed design drawings using CAD tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical components into complete solutions. The role involves supporting prototyping and testing, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. The specialist will also participate in project planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of Jadeed’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee on-site mechanical installation, assembly, and testing operations.

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance for mechanical systems and equipment.

• Supervise technicians and field installation teams, ensuring work quality and strict safety standards.

• Troubleshoot mechanical failures, diagnose root causes, and implement efficient corrective solutions.

• Prepare daily/weekly site logs, installation reports, and maintenance schedules.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power / Mechatronics / Production).

• 1 year of solid hands-on experience specifically in mechanical installations, HVAC, or industrial maintenance.

• Military Status: Completed military service (Discharged) or permanently exempted (Mandatory requirement).

• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage site crews.

• Ability to handle site-based, hands-on tasks and solve operational challenges on the ground.
