Role Description The Civil / Architectural Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of building and infrastructure projects within World Trade Center Cairo. This full-time, on-site role in Qesm Qasr El Nile includes reviewing architectural and civil drawings, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and WTCC quality requirements. The engineer will conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, manage technical documentation, and provide solutions to structural and design challenges. Responsibilities also include collaborating with facilities and operations teams to support maintenance, renovations, and upgrades, while aligning projects with WTCC’s aesthetic and functional standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Civil Engineering and Construction skills, including knowledge of building materials, structural systems, and site supervision.
• Candidates should possess solid Architecture skills, with experience in building design, space planning, and coordination of architectural details.
• Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills, such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess proven Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Experience with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality practices.
• Prior experience in commercial, mixed-use, or high-end facilities projects is preferred.
