Job Description

• Supervise the implementation of MEP works according to Shop Drawings and specifications.
• Follow up on HVAC, Plumbing, & Fire Fighting works.
• Review paths, elevations, and coordinate between all disciplines.
• Review Shop Drawings & Coordination Drawings and resolve clashes on-site.
• Follow up on installation works, tests, and Testing & Commissioning.
• Follow up with contractors and ensure the quality of execution and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and review mechanical executive drawings according to approved designs and project specifications.
• Incorporate consultant comments and issue drawing updates.
• Provide technical support and clarifications to site work teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with approved standards and codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in contracting.
• Proven experience in preparing mechanical executive drawings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and drainage systems.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD; experience in Revit MEP is preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language.
