After-Sales Engineer – Refrigeration

Job Description

We are seeking a technically skilled After-Sales Engineer with a background in refrigeration systems to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting refrigeration equipment, coordinating maintenance activities, and delivering effective after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and after-sales services to customers regarding refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment failures, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct customer site visits to inspect equipment, identify technical problems, and provide on-site technical assistance.
• Support customers in the proper operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
• Follow up on maintenance activities and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate records of service activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Previous experience in after-sales service, technical support, or maintenance is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems.
• Hands-on experience in ammonia refrigeration system maintenance is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of refrigeration equipment troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent technical problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good command of English, including technical refrigeration terminology.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and technical assignments when required.
