NOW HIRING | LEARNING SUPPORT TEACHER (LST)

Chance Center – Inclusion Support Unit (ISU)

Chance Center is expanding its Inclusion Support Unit (ISU) and is looking for passionate, dedicated, and professional Learning Support Teachers (LSTs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 Academic Year.

As a Learning Support Teacher, you will work within an inclusion school environment to support children’s academic participation, classroom engagement, independence, and appropriate behavior.

Your Role

• Support the child’s academic participation, classroom engagement, independence, and social/behavioral development.

• Follow and implement support strategies and intervention plans developed by the ISU Head.

• Monitor the child’s progress and provide clear and timely updates and documentation.

• Participate in observations, case meetings, training, and professional development activities.

• Maintain professional boundaries with children, families, and school staff.

• Communicate concerns and challenges through the appropriate ISU structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.

• Genuine interest in Special Education, Inclusion, Learning Support, or ABA.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good observation, organization, and documentation skills.

• Commitment, reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

• Previous experience working with children with additional learning or developmental needs is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
