Implement and follow up on daily distribution plans in coordination with warehouse operations and the planning team. Organize vehicle movement and transport schedules according to priorities and business requirements. Assign drivers to external routes and ensure optimal distribution of shifts. Ensure that technical inspection checklists for vehicles are completed before each trip for all fleet units. Manage field communication groups and ensure instructions are communicated during blocked times. Create and follow up on daily operational tasks and assignments. Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance, ensuring it is carried out before exceeding the 300 km limit. Prepare and manage loading schedules and adjust driver timings based on business needs. Handle shipped or delayed shipments and ensure the necessary documents are approved with the warehouse team. Prepare and update daily routing lines and commit to their implementation. Accurately record and track attendance, absence, and leave records in the system. Ensure operational discipline and full coordination to secure the efficient execution of daily plans.
