Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Sales & Support Specialist to support our sales activities and provide technical assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify potential customers and develop new sales opportunities.

* Communicate with existing and prospective clients.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laboratory equipment.

* Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.

* Provide technical support and product information to customers.

* Conduct customer visits and product presentations.

* Coordinate with the technical service and sales teams.

* Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Science or Agriculture.

* Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

* Good command of English.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment is preferred.

* Willingness to learn and develop technical and sales skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
