**We Are Hiring | OD Specialist**
**ResourcesOne** is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **OD Specialist** to join our team!
**Location:** Nasr City, Cairo
** Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and update organizational structures and organizational charts.
- Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) and Job Evaluations.
- Participate in manpower planning and organizational design.
- Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Support performance management systems and KPI development.
- Conduct job analysis and contribute to organizational development initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
** Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Organizational Development.
- Good knowledge of organizational design, job analysis, and performance management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
