Are you experienced in the shipping industry and ready to support a dynamic sales team?

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Alexandria.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide daily operational and administrative support to the sales team.

· Prepare and follow up on freight quotations, tariffs, and service offers.

· Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and internal departments to obtain competitive rates and service details.

· Maintain updated freight rates and pricing records.

· Follow up on customer inquiries and support the sales team in developing business opportunities.

· Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer and quotation records.

· Monitor quotation status and ensure timely responses to customers.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Pricing, or a similar role within the shipping and logistics industry.

· Previous experience with shipping lines, NVOCCs, or freight forwarding companies is essential.

· Good knowledge of freight rates, shipping services, and quotation procedures.

· Experience coordinating with shipping lines and NVOCCs to obtain rates and negotiate competitive offers.

· Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

· Good command of English and strong MS Excel skills.
