Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth platform operations, effective course management, and accurate tracking of employees’ learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the company’s LMS, ensuring system functionality and accessibility.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access rights.
• Upload, organize, update, and maintain training courses and learning materials.
• Monitor employees’ learning progress, course completion, and training participation.
• Generate regular reports and analyze LMS data to track learning activities and performance.
• Provide technical support to employees, trainers, and administrators.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and coordinate with IT or vendors when needed.
• Ensure training content and platform information remain accurate and up to date.
• Support the continuous improvement of LMS processes and user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Oil & Gas industry experience is a MUST
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or LMS administration.
• Hands-on experience managing an LMS platform.
• Good understanding of e-learning systems and digital training content.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred:

• Experience with platforms such as Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or Docebo.
• Familiarity with SCORM and e-learning content standards.
