- The applicant must be a resident of Alexandria or Beheira - (Alexandria - Beheira) - Divide the supervisors over the governorates within the affiliated governorates according to the work plan. - Continuous follow-up with supervisors to ensure the achievement of the department's goals. - Follow up on the database of merchants and bookstores in the governorate to which each supervisor belongs. - Analyze the market and target audience to determine the best promotion channels. - Supervise the expansion of the customer base according to the work plan. - Supervise the promotion process for the benefits of the book and the company's products. - Receive and review reports from supervisors. - Collect and analyze data to prepare periodic reports on promotion results. - Prepare monthly supervisor evaluations and work plans (weekly and monthly). - Conduct technical interviews for supervisors. - Supervise, train, and guide supervisors continuously.
