Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for conducting outbound and inbound calls to generate sales and support customer acquisition goals. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting appropriate products or services, handling objections, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM or call tracking systems. The role involves providing courteous customer support, following call scripts and compliance guidelines, and meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets. The Telesales Specialist will collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to refine sales techniques, participate in training sessions, and share feedback that improves campaigns and customer experience.
