Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions across multiple departments. Daily tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting and posting job ads, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The role involves conducting interviews, organizing assessment activities, and providing a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also supports employer branding initiatives, builds relationships with external talent sources, and contributes to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, including conducting structured interviews and supporting fair selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote the organization’s value proposition across channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet recruitment timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and basic recruitment analytics is beneficial.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
