Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. In this role, the representative will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include managing calls and messages, documenting interactions in the system, escalating complex concerns when needed, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative will collaborate with team members, adhere to performance and quality standards, and contribute to a positive, service-focused environment.
Qualifications

• Ability to deliver strong customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Skills in customer support and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Experience working as a Customer Service Representative or in similar customer-facing roles.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when handling customer inquiries.
• Comfort with using call center software, CRM systems, and basic office applications.
• Capacity to work on-site in Cairo and maintain reliable attendance in a full-time schedule.
• Previous experience in outsourcing, call centers, or related industries is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
