Job Objective: Prepare hot and cold beverages according to approved quality standards and ensure a distinguished experience for the brand's customers. Tasks and Responsibilities: Prepare beverages accurately according to approved recipes. Grind coffee beans and adjust the espresso machine according to the type of preparation. Prepare milk foam professionally and present the beverage with an attractive appearance. Prepare cold beverages and signature drinks. Monitor the quality of raw materials daily and ensure their validity. Clean and maintain the coffee machine and tools periodically. Organize the preparation area and implement the highest standards of cleanliness. Collaborate with the work team during busy hours. Suggest types of beverages to customers when needed. Record material consumption and submit requests for shortages to the supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications: Experience of no less than one year in the barista field. Strong knowledge of coffee types and preparation methods. Skill in adjusting the machine and preparing beverages of consistent quality. Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Attention to detail and skill in beverage presentation.
