Responsibilities and Tasks:· Welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, providing suitable recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.· Preparing espresso drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages according to our quality standards and recipes.· Providing fast and friendly service to every customer.· Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions smoothly.· Assisting the team during busy times and adding positive energy to the work environment. Requirements and Skills:· Previous experience as a barista is essential.· High energy and passion for customer service.· Commitment and punctuality are a fundamental requirement, with regular attendance and responsibility at work.· Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for being part of a growing project, with a willingness to learn new work methods during the establishment of the venue.· Positive attitude and friendly personality.
