Role Description The Senior Marketing Communications Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing communications strategies that enhance brand visibility for Mandarin Cruise Line and its Nile cruise offerings. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing integrated campaigns, drafting and refining press releases, managing public relations activities, and coordinating media outreach to reinforce the brand’s luxury positioning. The role also involves overseeing social media marketing, creating and curating content for digital channels, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and materials. The Senior Marketing Communications Executive will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and guest services teams to align communications with the onboard experience and business objectives.
Qualifications

• Strong Marketing Communications and Communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating and managing Press Releases and Public Relations initiatives, including media relations and event promotion.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including planning content calendars, optimizing engagement, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop brand-aligned campaigns, with a focus on hospitality, travel, or luxury services considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are beneficial.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead marketing communications role, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or a comparable service-driven industry.
