Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Field Coverage: Conduct regular field visits to fish trade and processing clients, vegetable and fruit farms and packing stations, and packaging factories.
Achieving Sales Targets: Direct selling and achieving the specified monthly and annual targets in terms of volume and financial value.
Collection Follow-up: Follow up on the company's receivables from clients and collect invoices on their specified dates in accordance with the credit policy.
Opening New Markets: Continuous search for new clients in wholesale markets, agricultural export stations, fish farms, and food companies.
Quality and Order Follow-up: Receive orders and ensure that box specifications (dimensions, density, and shock/cooling resistance) meet the customer's requirements, and follow up on delivery with the transport and logistics sector.
Customer Service and Problem Solving: Immediate handling of customer complaints related to quality or supply and working to resolve them in coordination with management.
Report Preparation: Submitting periodic reports (daily/weekly) on visit activities, sales volumes, competitor prices, and market sales opportunities.
Job Specifications and Requirements
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in field sales, with a strong preference for those with a background in foam factories, EPS materials, or packaging solutions.
Educational Qualification: A suitable university degree (Agriculture, Commerce, or Business Administration preferred).
Readiness to Travel: Full ability and willingness to travel and commute between governorates throughout the week according to the approved route plan.
Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the uses of foam boxes in thermal insulation and cooling for fish and fresh products.
Personal Skills:
Good sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with wholesalers and farm owners.
A valid driver's license and a car are preferred.
