Foundever is seeking an experienced and visionary Manager to lead our network engineering team across the EMEA region. As a Manager of Global Network Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our network systems, including design, implementation, and day-to-day operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive strategic decisions that impact our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of network engineers responsible for network design, implementation, and operations across the EMEA region.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the network engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Lead projects involving new implementations, expansions, and network architecture enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input into strategic decisions affecting network infrastructure.
• Manage local network service providers, including escalations and contract negotiations.
• Resolve escalated issues arising from network operations, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Develop and maintain network architectures for LAN and WAN environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security and performance.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Provide input into budget planning and resource allocation for network-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivelent qualification/experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in managing networks and distributed network engineering teams.
• Strong technical skills in network design, architecture, and strategy.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage resources effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of data networks and industry standards.

Special Certifications:

• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are helpful but not required.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 25% within the EMEA region.
