Role Description The Logistics Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan, responsible for overseeing daily logistics activities across warehouses, cold-chain facilities, and distribution operations. The Logistics Supervisor will lead and mentor logistics team members, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The position involves close collaboration with operations, production, and customer service teams to resolve issues, optimize routes, and improve overall supply chain performance. The role also requires continuous monitoring of logistics KPIs, identifying process improvements, and supporting the implementation of digital tools and best practices in logistics management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, performance monitoring, and mentoring in a logistics or operations environment.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and service providers, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities, including workflow planning, process optimization, and adherence to safety and quality standards in logistics and supply chain.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage delivery expectations, address inquiries, and support high service levels for local and international customers.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, including monitoring stock levels, managing storage conditions, and ensuring accuracy of records and documentation.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in cold-chain or food logistics, familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems, and knowledge of export documentation and regulations.
• Relevant educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in logistics supervision.
• Ability to work on-site in 10th of Ramadan, manage shifting priorities, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
