The Facility Admin Assistant supports the Soft Services Department at Ahl Masr Burn Hospital by coordinating and overseeing administrative tasks related to soft services, including security, housekeeping, food and beverage, and laundry the role involves managing staff rosters, monitoring outsourced service providers, and preparing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality service delivery in a safe and efficient hospital environment.

• Develop and maintain staff rosters for security, housekeeping, food and beverage, and laundry teams to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor and coordinate with outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare and analyze KPIs for outsourced service providers, including metrics on service quality, response time, and compliance.
• Maintain records for soft services, including cleaning schedules, security logs, and inventory for food and beverage, and laundry supplies.
• Process purchase orders and track expenditures for soft services, supplies, and vendor contracts.
• Facilitate communication between soft services teams and other hospital departments to address operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital health, safety, and hygiene standards in all soft services activities.
• Assist the Soft Services Manager in preparing reports on service performance for hospital leadership.
• Handle administrative correspondence and documentation related to soft services operations.

• Experience: 1–3 years of administrative experience (preferably in healthcare sector).
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for roster and KPI reporting
