Purchasing engineer required for a company in the field of petroleum services, pipes, steel, and supplies in Alexandria. Work location: El Gomrok - El Labban, Alexandria. Tasks: Searching for and evaluating local and international suppliers, requesting quotes, comparing them, negotiating prices, payment terms, and supply conditions, issuing purchase orders and following up on supply until receipt, coordinating with warehouses, accounts, and the technical office, communicating with the client's technical departments to determine the required specifications, and preparing periodic reports on purchases and costs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in pipes, steel, petroleum services, or supplies, strong negotiation skills, proficiency in Excel and English, and the ability to read technical specifications. Gender: Male and female.
