MB Electric Group is looking for a qualified Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that our electrical panels, switchgear, and electrical components meet customer requirements, international standards, and internal quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of electrical components and manufactured panels.
• Perform and supervise routine testing of LV/MV panels in accordance with relevant IEC standards.
• Review electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and customer specifications to ensure product compliance.
• Manage non-conformities (NCRs), conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare and maintain quality procedures, inspection reports, test records, and project quality documentation.
• Conduct internal audits and support external, customer, and certification audits.
• Coordinate supplier quality activities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Handle customer complaints and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain calibration records for inspection and testing equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power / Control) or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within electrical panels, switchgear, or electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in inspection and routine testing of LV and/or MV panels is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting ISO 9001 certification and audits.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 61439, IEC 62271, and IEC 60529 standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
