Promotes products inside the branch to sell products and meet customer needs. Updates product prices and specification cards to ensure awareness. Replaces products with manufacturing defects to ensure a service level that supports customer satisfaction. Responds to customer inquiries and follows up on resolving customer issues to contribute to achieving customer satisfaction. Follows up with the branch supervisor regarding product promotional offers and the latest product prices to support the sales process. Notifies the branch supervisor of requests for necessary product orders from warehouses to provide products at the branch for completing sales deals.
