We Announce the Opening of Recruitment | SALES TEAM EXPANSIONSystemology for Engineering & Trading declares its desire to bring outstanding competencies into the sales team—individuals who have practical experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to develop the business and build strategic relationships with customers
. Available Positions:
1. Sales Team Leader Minimum 5 years of experience in sales. Experience in leading sales teams and achieving sales goals. Strong knowledge of the project market and business relationships with real estate developers, contracting companies, and consulting firms. Ability to develop business opportunities, open new markets, and build long-term relationships with customers.
2. Sales Engineers At least two years of experience in the field of sales. Engineering background, with strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Good knowledge of the market, especially real estate developers, contracting companies, and consulting firms. Ability to identify new business opportunities, build an effective network, and achieve sales targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Practical sales experience and knowledge of the nature of the market. Strong professional relationships with real estate developers, contractors, and consultants. Communication, negotiation, and customer management skills. Ability to develop business and turn opportunities into actual contracts and sales. Seriousness, commitment, and working according to clear goals.
