Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to CV screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Identify recruitment needs in coordination with department heads.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for available positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, hiring trackers, and candidate records.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
• Follow up on hiring processes and maintain an updated candidate database.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good command of English.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
