Role Description The Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions for multilingual customer service and technical support roles. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job postings, and ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate experience aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum English proficiency level of B2.
• University graduates are required.
• Previous experience in mass recruitment within the BPO or call center industry is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, candidate screening, and interviewing skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills, with high attention to recruitment data accuracy.
