Senior Denim Export Merchandiser:
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
Order Management: Manage the full order lifecycle from receiving Tech Packs, costings, and initial samples to final shipment delivery.
Technical & Wash Coordination: Coordinate closely with pattern-making, sampling rooms, and denim laundries to ensure precise fit, garment construction, and various wash effects.
Production Follow-up: Work alongside planning and production teams to monitor progress and ensure strict adherence to shipment deadlines.
Costing & Pricing: Prepare accurate cost sheets and price quotations for new inquiries in coordination with management.
Database & Market Reach: Leverage a strong existing network and database of clients, suppliers, and industry contacts to expand export opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience: Extensive proven experience as a Merchandiser in Ready-Made Garments (RMG) Export, with a strong specialization in Denim manufacturing and export.
Background: Prior experience working inside export-oriented garment factories.
Gender: Male only.
Age: Between 30 and 45 years old.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong existing database/network in the apparel and denim sector.
Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office

About the Job:
We are looking for a professional Senior Merchandiser to join our team, specializing in the ready-made garment export sector and denim manufacturing, to act as the primary link between clients and the various production stages within the factory, ensuring the product is delivered at the highest quality and on schedule.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Client Account Management: Build and follow up on strong relationships with existing and new clients, meeting their needs and precisely tracking their requirements.
Full Order Life Cycle Management: Tracking orders from the Tech Pack receipt stage and samples, through to final shipment and delivery.
Technical Department Coordination: Following up with the sketches department, pattern-making, and finalizing Proto & Fit Samples with technical departments and laundries to ensure compliance with client requirements.
Denim Fabrics and Wash Follow-up: Precise coordination with purchasing officers and denim laundries to ensure the quality of fabrics, accessories, and the various denim wash shades.
Production Line and Scheduling Follow-up: Working side-by-side with the Planning and Production department to ensure adherence to shipment deadlines.
Costing and Pricing: Preparing cost studies and price quotations for new orders in coordination with management.
Reporting: Submitting periodic reports to management regarding shipment status, pending orders, and client situations.
Job Requirements:
Field and Specialization: Extensive experience as a Merchandiser in the ready-made garment export field, with a strong specialization and expertise in the denim export sector and associated laundries.
Practical Experience: Previous practical experience working within export-oriented ready-made garment factories.
Gender: Male.
