The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of monthly sales targets.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Support the sales process from lead generation through to closing.
• Conduct client outreach and follow up with prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

• 6 + months of sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Graduates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Real Estate or Digital Solutions is an advantage.
• Student activities, internships, or volunteering experience is a plus.
• Highly motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
