Role purpose

The catalogue specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate, complete, and up-to-date product catalogue across Vodafone E-shop.

Key accountabilities

• Create, upload, update, and maintain product SKUs.
• Ensure accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, images, categories, and attributes.
• Manage bulk uploads, attribute mapping, variants (colour, storage, and bundle), and category placement.
• Configure promotional prices, discounts, and campaign start and end dates.
• Prepare catalogue configurations for new product launches, pre-orders, and promotional campaigns.

• Attention to detail: Demonstrates a high level of accuracy when handling product information, pricing, and catalogue configurations.
• Stakeholder management: Maintains quality standards with commercial teams and sellers without slowing launches.
• Customer mindset: Evaluates listings based on whether customers can buy confidently.
• Execution excellence: Manages multiple catalogue requests efficiently while maintaining quality.

Must-have skills

• Two to three years of experience in e-commerce catalogue, content, or marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce back-office systems, bulk uploads, and attribute schemas.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivots, and data cleaning; comfort working with large SKU files is essential.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with sharp attention to detail in both languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
