Your Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the construction and civil engineering sectors.

• Provide technical consultations to clients, ensuring our engineering solutions perfectly align with their project requirements.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation and tendering to final negotiation and closing.

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction.

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years of proven success in a technical sales or engineering role within the construction industry.

• Core Expertise: Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, Sales, and general Sales principles.

• Career Level: Experienced professional with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a Hybrid capacity in Sharqia, Egypt.
