• Develop and implement health, safety, fire prevention, and civil defense plans.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Oversee hospital safety systems, inspections, and emergency preparedness.

• Lead the Health & Safety team and supervise safety training programs.

• Monitor incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 6–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the same position.

• OSHA certification or equivalent recognized Health & Safety certification.

• Previous experience in a hospital or large healthcare organization is preferred.

• Leadership and team management.
