Develop plans and schedules for the execution of carpentry installation works and monitor compliance with them. Supervise installation teams, distribute tasks, and track completion rates. Ensure that installation works comply with the approved drawings, measurements, and technical specifications. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport departments to ensure the readiness of products and installation materials. Monitor the quality of installation and final finishes, and address defects and observations. Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines and achieve customer satisfaction. Monitor the consumption of materials and accessories and minimize waste and damage during installation. Ensure that work teams comply with occupational health and safety instructions. Prepare periodic reports on completion rates, performance, and obstacles, and submit them to the relevant management. Evaluate the performance of department staff and work to improve their efficiency and productivity.
