We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee all aspects of the Finance function, including accounting, financial planning, budgeting, treasury, cash management, reporting, and financial controls. The role will ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and business performance while providing strategic financial support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Department and drive financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash management.
• Monitor financial performance, cash flow, working capital, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Manage internal and external audits and relationships with banks and external advisors.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and investment decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, and financial controls.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic with excellent English communication skills.
• Experience within multinational, industrial, logistics, port, or terminal operations is an advantage.
