Technical Project Manager (EV Powertrain & Electronics)

Role Overview:-
The Technical Project Manager will own and drive customer projects end-to-end, from concept approval and requirements definition through engineering development, prototyping, validation, and final delivery.
The role acts as the main interface between customers and EVRaid's internal engineering and prototyping teams, ensuring customer expectations are translated into clear technical requirements and successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Own and manage customer projects from concept approval to final delivery.
- Serve as the primary communication link between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Collect, analyze, validate, and translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Coordinate engineering, electronics, embedded software, mechanical design, and prototyping activities.
- Define project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Monitor execution, resolve bottlenecks, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead customer progress meetings and provide regular project status reports.
- Ensure technical deliverables meet customer requirements and agreed quality standards.
Required Technical Background:-
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering project execution.
- Solid understanding of electronics, embedded systems, and EV powertrain architecture.
- Good knowledge of BMS, battery systems, inverters, motor controllers, DC-DC converters, and VCU.
- Understanding of CAN communication, system integration, prototyping, and validation.
- Previous experience in automotive, EV, or power electronics projects is highly preferred.

- Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
- Strong coordination and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving, planning, and risk management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
