WE ARE HIRING | Laboratory Chemist

Latex Med for Plastic and Rubber Products, one of El-Aggar Group Companies, is currently looking for a qualified Chemist to join our team.

Location: Near the Lion Village, KM 57 Alexandria–Cairo Desert Road, El-Shemoua St., Abu Al Matamir, El Beheira Governorate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and manage chemical preparation, formulation, and manufacturing processes.

- Handle chemical mixing, dosing, and processing operations.

- Develop, adjust, and optimize chemical formulations and process parameters.

- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during production.

- Ensure the chemical process achieves the required specifications and production targets.

- Work closely with the production team to improve process efficiency and performance.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Science, majoring in Chemistry.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial chemical processes.

- Strong practical knowledge of chemical formulations, mixing, preparation, and processing.

- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis and laboratory testing methods.

- Ability to operate, monitor, and control chemical production processes.

- Ability to troubleshoot chemical process issues and make the necessary technical adjustments.
