• Records sales invoices, discounts, collections, deposits and expenses for key accounts and modern trade customers in Cairo and Alexandria.

• Follows customer statements and aging, does periodic reviews, and reconciles customer balances.

• Follows up overdue balances with Sales.

• Keeps the distributor’s cash balance and treasury books, with the supporting documents.

• Controls the distributor’s stock, vehicles and other assets, including periodic stock counts.

• Prepares regular reports on sales, discounts and receivables for key accounts.

• Matches entries with the Distributors Accounts team. Checks stock with Warehouses before issuing invoices or placing orders. Confirms marketing discount approvals with Marketing.

• Supervises daily order delivery, vehicle loading and routes, and manages the delivery and collection team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG accounting (receivables or sales accounting). Modern trade or key accounts experience is a plus.

• Good knowledge of receivables, reconciliations, cash handling and stock control.

• Good knowledge of accounting systems and advanced Excel.

• Good English and good communication skills, to work with Sales, Warehouses and Marketing.
