• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo ERP solutions.

• Configure, implement, and maintain Odoo ERP modules according to business needs.

• Handle the implementation and configuration of the Odoo Manufacturing (MRP) module.

• Understand and configure manufacturing workflows, including Bills of Materials (BoMs), work centers, work orders, and production orders.

• Support production planning, scheduling, and inventory management processes.

• Configure and integrate related modules such as Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Accounting.

• Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements.

• Prepare functional documentation and user manuals.

• Conduct user training and provide ongoing technical and functional support.

• Perform system testing and support the implementation and deployment process.

• Coordinate with technical developers to implement customizations when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Business Consultant.

• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP implementation and configuration.

• Strong practical knowledge of the Odoo Manufacturing (MRP) module.

• Good understanding of manufacturing and production management processes.

• Knowledge of inventory, procurement, and supply chain management.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with management, technical teams, and end users.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, particularly Manufacturing (MRP).

• Practical experience with Bills of Materials (BoMs), work centers, work orders, and production planning.

• Knowledge of Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Accounting modules.

• Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business process mapping.

• Familiarity with Odoo customization and integration concepts.

• Basic knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL is an advantage.

• Experience with different Odoo versions is preferred.
