Role Description The Legal Counsel at Lex Resolvo will provide comprehensive legal support on a variety of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. This full-time, remote job at Egypt involves advising internal stakeholders and clients on legal issues, assessing risks, and proposing practical solutions that align with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing memoranda and opinions, supporting dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Legal Counsel will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain organized documentation, and contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures. The role requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a proactive approach to managing multiple matters and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in UAE Law, with strong knowledge of relevant local regulations and commercial/corporate legal frameworks.
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements and policies.
• Ability to analyze complex Legal Issues and provide clear, practical Legal Advice to non-legal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); membership in the local bar association or eligibility for registration is preferred.
• Prior experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm environment, ideally working with corporate or commercial clients.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Giza, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to write articles about law trends
