About the Role

TOVANA is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Female In-Store Sales Representative to represent our brand at assigned retail locations.

The successful candidate will introduce customers to TOVANA products, explain their features and benefits, understand their needs, and recommend the most suitable products.

Please note: This position is open to female candidates only.Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce customers to TOVANA products and explain their features, benefits, and usage.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Encourage customers to try products and support their purchasing decisions.
• Work toward achieving assigned sales targets.
• Maintain attractive, clean, and well-organized product displays.
• Monitor product availability and report any stock shortages.
• Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the management team.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, offers, and promotions.
• Represent TOVANA professionally and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Submit regular updates or reports regarding sales performance and customer inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma, university degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in retail sales, direct sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and confident personality.
• Ability to understand products and explain them clearly.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work toward sales targets.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to assigned working hours.
• Willingness to work on-site at assigned retail locations.
• Flexibility to work according to retail operating hours.
