We are looking for an Indoor Retail Sales Representative to join our branches. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional appearance to welcome customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience while achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to the branch in a professional and friendly manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products while explaining their features and benefits.

• Suggest complementary products to increase the overall sales value.

• Organize and maintain product displays in accordance with company standards.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Monitor inventory levels within the branch and report any shortages.

• Handle the sales process smoothly and ensure proper delivery of products to customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve targets.

• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
