EcomBlacker is an e-commerce education and services company specializing in Shopify and Dropshipping, helping entrepreneurs build and grow their online businesses.
About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Telesales team. You will communicate with potential clients through calls and chats, introduce our services, and help convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle sales calls and chat conversations.
Explain our services and educational programs.
Understand customer needs and answer inquiries.
Follow up with potential clients.
Work towards monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
0–6 months of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome).
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Fast typing and basic computer skills.
Ability to handle calls and multiple chats.
Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
Good Arabic and basic written English.
