About the Role

302Labs is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, manage team performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The branch operates 24/7 through structured shifts, requiring effective operational oversight and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure service quality.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and customer retention.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate branch employees.
• Monitor branch KPIs, occupancy, and sales targets.
• Oversee scheduling, shift coverage, and facility readiness.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Coworking Spaces is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in branch or operations management.
• Proven experience in sales, revenue targets, and business performance.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage operations in a 24/7 business environment.
• Preferably residing in or near Nasr City.
